The Woodward Dream Cruise is the world’s largest one day automotive event, drawing about 1.5 million people, with 40,000 cars, trucks, motorcycles, and supercars, both classic and modern, each year around the world. It began relatively recently, in 1994. Most of the cars displayed are old cars – cars from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s.

The Woodward Dream Cruise is the world’s largest one day automotive event, drawing about 1.5 million people, with 40,000 cars, trucks, motorcycles, and supercars, both classic and modern, each year around the world. It began relatively recently, in 1994. Most of the cars displayed are old cars – cars from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. Due to the sheer amount of people that come, the event brings in over $56 million per year for Michigan. 

On August 21, team 226, the Hammerheads, participated in the cruise, displaying their team banner, flag, and robot. They proudly demonstrated their passion for robotics and spreading FIRST around the community.
